ok, this guy is inactive the first spy ship showed: metal: 36704 crystals: 20830 gas: 4634 this is roughly 2 mega cargo full, i send 12 cargo, 20 mega cargo, and a hand full of guardians, when they arrive they take 22476 metal, 9921 crystals, 4773 gas, I instantly sent a spy probe and it showed metal: 23985 crystals: 10462 gas: 5004 why did i not take the rest, I had plenty of room

with each raid(attack mission) you can steal 50% of the resourses on the planet. so alls OK in your case.
