I guess you don't know in absolute terms, but planet 1 is closer then planet 2, etc., etc.

As far as the energy provided by solar satellites, the formula is 50 - 2x, where x is the planet position. So a solar satellite around planet 1 would give 48 units of energy while a solar satellite around planet 15 would give only 20.
