battle reports/messages

my battle reports are in bulgarian and my messages are about 50/50 english bulgarian. i try clicking the english flag and nothing changes.

Yea, but that's not a fix. My battle reports come out in English. The only thing in-game I've seen in Bulgarian is email from Bulgarian players.
