Every month a new poll would be devised by the administrators or moderators, based on a combination of their own ideas and ideas taken from the forum. At the end of the month, the result of the poll is collected and the idea or change is implemented over the next month. This means that while people are voting on the current idea, the development team is working on the previous month's idea.
