best ships

i have seen people say scouts are better than death stars while noone said their most used ships.i have 72 level 6 scouts and i think they are powerful what is the most cost effeciant ship?

i do the search but either i get nothing or i get nearly every topic and that is quite annoying looking at each and every yopic since it takes awhile to load

*You need to choose comparatively early in the game how you are going to play. If you intend to be a pirate, play with swift attacks, then your answer is the Guardian ship with its 15000 basic speed, average damage and average hull. If you go for a more balanced game then your fleets should consist of battleships - they have ample cargo space, good firepower and hull and acceptable speed of 10000. However their metal/crystal purchase ratio is worse - much of the so needed crystal will go into the fleet instead in research. If you intend to take it easy without fights you can stick to the destroyer (let`s presume you survive so far) - it has excellent firepower and hull but is very slow - basic speed of 5000 and pretty expensive as long as it costs nearly as much crystal as metal and you need gas for ts construction. Of course, there is a variant in which you can use mixed fleets but it`s a trade of faster production and more resources spent in upgrades. Have in mind that a fleet flies with the speed of the slowest ship. Jade

All depends of your strategy, stage of the game and not for last - quantity... There is no BEST SHIP. More expensive, maybe. And that would be Death Star. Standard cost: 5 M metal, 4 M crystal, 1 M gas. Standard atributes: 10,000,000 structure, 1,000,000 power, 1,000,000 cargo hold, speed: 100, fuel consumption: 1.

Once , I think it was the 1 -st round of Universe 1 the most used ship was the ''Guardian'' (which should have been called ''cruiser'' ).
