Yes,
But Only if there was a way to set up Permanent Fleets.

At the bottom of each list of ships, would be a Set of Fleet Names.
You could then click the Fleet Name you wanted for the current mission.
Then, all the ships from that Fleet would appear in the boxes.

So if you had a Fleet called Clean Up
It could have 4 Cargos set up in it, then clicking Clean up would send 4 cargos on the mission.
Another Fleet could be called Grand Slam
It could have 600 Cargos and 200 Cruisers in it, ready to go on a mission.

That would make some missions easier to launch.
