change language before registering

Someone else wrote something about this before the forum crasch, but Im not sure if he got the message through. So Ill repeat and clarify it:

It is very hard for non bulgarian ppl to register on this forum since the option to use the english version doesnt show up until after you have logged on. Guessing the fields might work (it did for me =), but it doesnt encourage ppl to register.

Another thing that bothers me a little with the forum is that it seems impossible to get the forums to appear as having no new posts. Too many posts in some of them and others just don't seem to work at all. My guess is that something with moved posts just doesnt work.

So, my suggedstions are:

1. Either use english as the default language (most bulgarians seems to understand it) or make it possible to change language without having to log on

2. Add a "mark this forums as read" button, to fix the annoying 200+ posts forums
