Attack rules

1. Players under 100 points can not be attacked
2. Players over 350 000 points can be attacked by everybody
3. Except rules 1 and 2 the attacks could be done by coefficient ,and you can attack players with maximum 2 times less or more points.
The coefficient maximum is 2,5 and at every 10 000 points it is decreased by 0,1 to minimum 2,0.
4. You are allowed maximum 10 attacks versa a planet for 24 hours. After the 10th attack (no matter whether it reached its destinaion or no) all flights towards this planet are blocked.

Example: You have 32 000 points, your coefficient will be 2,5-3*0,1=2,2 and you will be able to attack people in the range of ( 32000/2,2)=14 545 points to (32000*2,2)=72400. But you can be attacked from people with maximum 64 000 points because there coefficient is 2.
