GOT IT!

Managed to get it to English when away from proxy - went to account settings and changed the country to United Kingdom and saved it. When I came back to the proxy it worked.

Working at Home so it must be the proxy server thing when I am away during the week. Any ideas on that one??

It is a proxy server where I am during the week and that had occurred to me, but cant see why it would affect as the proxy is in UK so English settings should abound. However, when I get to a non-proxy server at the weekend then that might reveal the answer to that one.

Yeah I am on 7 as well and I have tried those other aspects as well. Seems it doesnt like me. I will be able to try a different computer on a different connection at the weekend so see if that makes a difference. Wont help for during the week though.

I have done a search and posted in the other Language Support thread that was done recently, but to avail.

I cannot change the language to English or anything else for that matter. It simply refuses to budge from something resembling Russian. I have cliked on all the flags, reloaded several times ...

I have the same language issue when logged in and, moreover, clicking on any of the language flags on the screen does not change it from Bulgarian at all.

English would be real useful, please.
