Is there a way to convert the Nanocredits prices from English Pounds to U.S. Dollars?

You get 10 attacks every 24 hours on the same target. Why not make it a formula like 10/attack coefficient so that If a player is 2.5 times lower than you, they can only be attacked 4 times (10/2.5), whereas if someone is closer to you in points, you can attack them more often.
