Are the points of the destroyed turrets etc. (the 40% that aren`t restored) deducted from their owner`s points?
It is stated that they are not reduced in this forum (http://www.bulfleet.org/viewtopic.php?t=34138), but it seems to me they are deducted.

No, what that player is doing is absolutely legal and it`s the purpose of the Vacation mode - noone can attack you. But it sounds better to me to create a 48 hour cooldown for activationg the mod - if somebody really needs protection, he can activate it and wont turn it off until he can play. And ...
