You send them on an attack mission to some planet that has an inactive player with zero points. Just adjust the speed so it takes long enough. Thanks for the answers I was a little worried there for awhile, but like you said, they have been built now.

Im currently building some buildings and the picture of them is a little weird also the time left doesnt show. Are they being built at all, or have something gone extremely wrong?? see attached picture
